Both the sacred ceremony and the afternoon’s celebration shall be held within the distinguished halls of The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, allowing our esteemed guests to remain comfortably in one elegant setting throughout the day.

To ensure the day unfolds with grace and harmony, we humbly present the order of celebrations for this most cherished occasion.

  • The Arrival of Esteemed Guests

    • Carriages draw near and guests are received with quiet anticipation. Kindly take your seats and prepare for the sacred rites to follow.

  • Processional & Shrine Preparation

    • Families gather. The atmosphere settles. A hush falls as the ceremony draws near.

  • The Sacred Shinto Ceremony

    Within the shrine’s embrace, ancient rites shall unfold:

    • The purification of spirit

    • The sharing of nuptial sake

    • The exchange of vows and rings

    • And blessings bestowed for a harmonious union.

    Estimated duration: 20 - 30 minutes.

  • Family Blessings & Formal Portraiture

    • Loved ones assemble for commemorative photographs upon the shrine grounds.

  • The Luncheon Reception Commences

    • The couple make their entrance.

    • Words of welcome are offered.
      Glasses are raised in celebration.

    • Selected voices share sentiments of affection and goodwill.

  • The occasion calls for Formal Elegance.

    One must, of course, leave shades of white and ivory to the honoured couple.

  • The ceremony shall commence most punctually.

    Guests are advised to arrive no less than twenty minutes prior, lest they risk making an entrance more dramatic than intended.

    Rest assured, both the sacred vows and the afternoon’s festivities shall unfold within the illustrious halls of The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, sparing society the inconvenience of relocation.

  • Indeed. Parking facilities are available at the venue. Guests are encouraged to allow sufficient time for arrival, particularly should traffic prove less than cooperative.

  • In the interest of preserving an intimate and harmonious gathering, only those named upon the RSVP invitation & their plus ones shall be accommodated. Society, as always, must respect the list.

  • While children are undeniably charming, this particular affair shall be reserved for adults. Parents are therefore encouraged to enjoy an afternoon of uninterrupted celebration.
